It is of the utmost importance to us that all properties let by L·D·B meet government regulations* for private rental properties. Be it energy performance certificates (EPC), Gas safety certificates or smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms we will work with you from the beginning, to make certain that all your legal requirements as a landlord are taken care of.


Once instructed on a property our marketing team will get to work, often having professional photos and floor plans done on the day of instruction, so that your property can be live on all the major portals within a matter of hours, and be circulated to our extensive list of registered tenants.


Our trained lettings negotiators will show your property, in its best possible light, to our extensive list of potential tenants and vetted enquirers.


All of our potential tenants are thoroughly vetted before we ask for your final approval in accepting them as your tenants. While we collect all the usual employment, previous landlord references and identification, we also use an external credit checking service to go deeper into a tenants past, so that you as the landlord can feel comfortable with the tenants selected for your property.


We offer all of our landlord’s usage of our expertly written tenancy agreement. Should you require additional clauses added to your agreement we can tailor these in to meet your requirements.

Our goal with our let only service, is that on the day of moving in, when the tenants are handed over to you, that you are as comfortable as we are, that you have the right people moving in to your property.

Let & Managed

We maintain ongoing relationships with all of our tenants and landlords and inspect the properties on a quarterly basis throughout the tenancy. When choosing an estate agent to manage your property, you want to make sure it is in good hands. L·D·B can guarantee this.

Let and managed means we will attend to immediate issues such as leaks and breakdowns fast and effectively with our maintenance team, and also provide general maintenance and upkeep throughout the tenancy as issues are reported by the tenants or are picked up, during our quarterly inspections. When a property is kept fresh, fully functional and up to date it means far less to deal with when changing tenants or selling.
