Simple things for vendors to consider that will help to attract a buyer:
• Check outside first impressions, sweep paths, trim hedges, mow the lawn, clean the windows. We have maintenance staff that can do this for you.
• Check paperwork, EPC, council tax rate, etc. have the paperwork available.
• Inside atmosphere tips; open the windows for an hour, check the temperature, clear any clutter, hide the washing, freshen up the kitchen, tidy shelves and mantelpieces. Place some flowers throughout. Show it's loved!
